Data controller HALVORA Ltd
New Horizon Building, Suite 105
Belize City, Belize privacy@halvora.net Terms of Use →

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit halvora.net, communicate with Halvora, use the Telegram bot or Mini App, participate in the referral program or connect a TON wallet.

1. Controller and contact

The data controller is HALVORA Ltd, New Horizon Building, Suite 105, Belize City, Belize. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to privacy@halvora.net.

2. Data we process

  • Telegram user ID, username, first and last name, language and Premium status supplied through signed Telegram Mini App data;
  • connected TON wallet addresses, wallet-verification timestamps and cryptographic proof hashes;
  • referral codes, referral relationships and related on-chain commission balances;
  • public TON transactions, contract positions and balances associated with wallet addresses;
  • communications sent to support, legal, privacy or security addresses;
  • technical and security data such as request time, IP or hashed IP, browser or device details, error logs and session identifiers.
We do not request or store wallet seed phrases, private keys or wallet passwords. Transaction approval occurs inside the wallet provider selected by the user.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to operate the website and Mini App, authenticate Telegram sessions, verify wallet ownership, display positions, attribute referrals, process support requests, prevent replay and abuse, secure and administer the service, diagnose errors, establish or defend legal claims and meet legal obligations.

Depending on applicable law, processing is based on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in reliable operations, security and fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations and consent where consent is specifically requested.

4. Public blockchain data

TON is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, contract interactions and transactions may be permanently visible to anyone and cannot be erased or altered by HALVORA Ltd. Do not use a wallet address you do not want publicly associated with your activity.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Data may be processed by hosting and database providers, email providers, Telegram, TON infrastructure and indexer services, TON Connect and the wallet provider selected by the user. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction. HALVORA Ltd does not sell personal data or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. International processing

HALVORA Ltd is based in Belize, while Telegram, blockchain nodes, wallet services and infrastructure providers may operate internationally. Data may therefore be processed outside your country, subject to safeguards required by applicable law where those requirements apply.

7. Retention

Account, wallet-link and referral records are retained while required to provide the service, preserve referral attribution, protect security, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. Short-lived wallet-proof challenges expire after use or their security window. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Public blockchain records are outside HALVORA Ltd's control and may remain permanently available.

8. Cookies and local storage

The public website does not use advertising cookies. The Mini App and TON Connect may use local device storage to retain wallet connection state. The separate administrator panel uses a secure, time-limited authentication cookie unavailable to ordinary Mini App users.

9. Security

Halvora uses signed Telegram data, wallet ownership proofs, access controls, encrypted transport and other technical safeguards. No online or blockchain system is risk-free. Security reports should be sent to security@halvora.net without publicly disclosing an exploitable issue first.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to a competent data protection authority. Rights do not permit alteration of immutable blockchain records or deletion of information that must be retained by law. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

11. Children

Halvora is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact privacy@halvora.net.

12. Policy changes

This Policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date.
